San Diego Market Update for June 2020

With the phased re-opening of California in June, the real estate market rebounded from the previous few month slump. It is currently a Seller’s Market — there are plenty of buyers but not enough homes!

The Days on Market are decreasing and Home Prices are increasing — many homes are receiving multiple offers (especially condos and townhomes)!

Homes Listed for Sale are lower when compared to last year, so Seller’s are still not confident about the current market. But, there are plenty of pre-qualified buyer’s looking to purchase a home!

If you want to sell your home and are considered lower-risk for complications from COVID-19, now may be a good time to sell your home. If you are at a higher-risk, waiting to sell may be the better option.

If you’re interested in selling or buying a home, or have real estate questions, send me an e-mail by filling out the form below!

Be well and take care.
